Branding and Communication Manager

to join our team as soon as possible.

 

What the role entails

Your responsibilities within this senior-level role will include:

  • Defining the GreenV branding and communication strategy to support our exponential growth and the professional structure of the commercial team
  • Aligning the brand communication strategy with the commercial strategy and with our business and market absorption and capacity
  • Clearly communicating the brand personality based on the Brand Book and Brand Key
  • Building thought leadership to raise awareness, interest and desire
  • Supporting value propositions, concepts and product marketing by generating compelling content using appropriate tools and channels
  • Devising, orchestrating and managing targeted online and offline campaigns, including lead management
  • Continually improving return on investment across all communication tools, including webinars, launches, customer events and trade fairs
  • Continually acquiring relevant market and customer intelligence through listening programs both online and offline
  • Engaging and managing a network of partners to support brand communications in a consistent way, for example in web design, online monitoring and analysis and branding
  • Ongoing tracking of quality and results, with the vision and confidence to adapt strategy where necessary
  • The passion to coach, inspire and educate, and motivate the team to actively embody our purpose and branding.

Key criteria for this role:

Education

  • MSc/MA or MBA (completed)

Your experience and personal skills

  • 10+ years’ relevant experience in Branding and Communication, including in an international and B2B environment
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering effective marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to continually improve return on investment based on the Branding and Communication toolkit
  • Experience in/strong affinity with the horticulture sector
  • Ability to set priorities and deliver continuous improvement through a plan-do-check-act approach
  • Flexible, committed and able to make decisions independently
  • Good analytical, conceptual and tactical thinking, with a hands-on and can-do mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – persuasive, convincing and motivational
  • Strong grasp of the latest digital branding and marketing tools and strategies
  • Team player – excellent communication skills go without saying
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-driven, ambitious but realistic and with a good sense of commercial viability and a proactive attitude to achieving results
  • Flexible, committed and able to make decisions independently
  • Experience in change, program and/or project management a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English

Voshol is supplies advanced climate systems (thermal, insulation and electrical engineering) for the global greenhouse horticulture industry. JV Energy Solutions is specialized in advanced climate systems for the North American market. HT Verboom develops, produces and installs internal logistics systems, and GreenV indoor farming makes large-scale crop production possible in places where climate change is preventing or making this increasingly difficult.
