Haakman Tulips

In the greenhouses of Haakman Tulips, a three-layer system optimizes space utilization. Containers move automatically through the greenhouse via hatches and lifts. At fixed watering and spraying stations, the plants consistently receive the right cultivation recipe.

The workspace adjacent to the greenhouse is also automated, featuring picking lines and conveyor belts for crates. All processes are managed through Hortitrack, enabling Haakman to easily operate the system, schedule tasks, and automate processes.

For Haakman Tulips, this system results in significantly reduced labor costs, a more sustainable production process, and consistent high quality even as market demand grows.

Thanks to the seamless cooperation between HT Verboom, Prins Group, and Green Simplicity, a fully integrated solution was delivered for the customer:
